• This software will not operate without activation. Broadband Internet connection and registration are required for software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.† Phone activation is not available.

Three system requirements have changed beginning with Photoshop 13.1.
- Windows XP is no longer supported. Photoshop 13.1 cannot be installed on Windows XP.
- Photoshop 13.1 does not install on Microsoft® Windows® Vista.
- Photoshop 13.1 does not install on Windows Vista.
- To access the Photoshop 13.1 3D features, your video card must have at least 512 MB of VRAM.

Help children of war in Ukraine
The Voices of Children Foundation has been helping children affected by the war since 2015. Thanks to you, we provide psychological and psychosocial support to children. It helps them overcome the consequences of armed conflict and develop. Today, during the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, we are providing non-stop assistance to affected children and families from all over the country, providing emergency psychological assistance, and assisting in the evacuation process.
